Writing a journal article… and getting it published!

admin24 Jan 2012

One of the major stresses of PhD students and researchers in general, is getting their work published in peer reviewed journals.  I am sure there are more than enough of us that at some point thought “if only I knew the secrets to writing my paper in a way that will increase the possibilities of getting it published”

Well, I have good news for you! The Swiss School of Public Health+ is organising a three day course called “Writing a journal article…and getting it published” , with the purpose of enabling PhD students to write their papers and get them published! You will be using material from your very own research.

The course will be taught by Professor Nicola Law and it will be held on 19-21 March 2012, at the Institute for Social and Preventive Medicine in Bern. You can register online until February 16th! Hurry, as there is a limited number of participants for that course!
