The Swiss School of Public Health + announced this year’s winner for the “best published PhD article in Public Health”. Sereina Herzog, a PhD student at the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine at the University of Bern, Switzerland won the award for her article “Heterogeneity in vaccination coverage explains the size and occurrence of measles epidemics in German surveillance data” , published at the Journal Epidemiology and Infection.
