For example, someone who eats a lot of fruit might also exercise a lot; similarly, someone who drinks a lot might also engage in dangerous driving. Our recently published article &#8220;Clustering of health and risk behaviour in immigrant and indigenous Dutch residents aged 19\u201340\u00a0years&#8221; sought to investigate whether there are any differences in the clustering of health and risk behaviours in immigrant and indigenous Dutch residents.<\/p>\n<p>The authors (Professor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rug.nl\/staff\/s.a.reijneveld\/index\">Sijmen A. Reijneveld<\/a>, Dr. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.psy.vu.nl\/en\/about-the-faculty\/faculty-staff\/staff-m-p\/nieuwenhuijzen-maroesjka-van\/index.asp\">Maroesjka van Nieuwenhuijzen<\/a>, Dr. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tno.nl\/content.cfm?context=thema&amp;content=inno_case&amp;laag1=891&amp;laag2=902&amp;item_id=1084&amp;Taal=2\">Mariska Klein Velderman<\/a>, Dr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tno.nl\/content.cfm?context=thema&amp;content=prop_case&amp;laag1=891&amp;laag2=902&amp;laag3=69&amp;item_id=130\">Theo W.G.M. Paulussen\u00a0 <\/a>and Professor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.utwente.nl\/mb\/mrv\/staff\/professorate\/junger\/\">Marianne Junger<\/a>) asked indigenous Dutch people as well as immigrants from non-industrialised countries about health behaviours.
